Top Cars Leasing is a vehicle finance brokerage, acting as an intermediary on behalf of Leasing Companies, Manufacturers, Main Franchised Dealers and third party suppliers in the sourcing and supply of vehicles and finance to its clients.

Top Cars Leasing is strictly governed by its relationships with Leasing Companies, Manufacturers, Main Franchised Dealers and third party suppliers and cannot be held responsible for any change in variable beyond our control imposed by these suppliers these would include changes in finance rates / changes in manufacturer pricing and vehicle specification.

Tops Cars leasing provides this services subject to our following terms and conditions. If you proceed to use our website you are deemed to have accepted them. If you do not agree with the terms and conditions, please could you exit this site.

We reserve the right to make changes to these terms and conditions from time to time. These will take immediate effect from the day of positing and your continued use of our website will constitute your agreement of the new terms. 

Please note that within our terms and conditions when stating ‘we’, ‘Us’  this is referring to Top Cars Leasing.

Your use of our website is subject to these Terms and Conditions and Copyright laws. If you do not agree with these terms, please exit the site.

Whilst we endeavour to keep our offers up as to date as possible, due to the changing market we cannot always guarantee the accuracy of and validity of all deals shown.

As our deals are constantly changing, in order to ensure that the deal you are interested in is still available, please contact one of our representatives who will provide you with a written quotation.

We are unable to proceed with an application unless a written quotation has been provided.

Pricing on quotations are based upon Finance information at the time of quoting. Top Cars Leasing reserves the right to re-quote if prices must be changed due to a sudden increase in rates / increase in manufacturer’s rates /error on a quoting system.

Unless previously withdrawn a quotation is valid for 30 days or such other periods which will be stated in it.

A Quotation is not to be constructed as an obligation to sell but merely an invitation to treat and no contractual relationship will arise from any quotation until the buyers order has been accepted in writing by Top Cars Leasing.

The Customer shall be bound to any terms and conditions attaching to the quotation after acceptance/ placement of order unless changes to such conditions are agreed in writing with Top Cars Leasing.

If in providing a Quotation we have made any assumptions that are incorrect or incomplete, then please let us know as soon as possible and a revised quotation will be prepared.

Quotations provided do not constitute an offer by Top Cars Leasing capable of acceptance by you, and a proposal submitted by you based on a quotation provided is subject to acceptance by a Finance Company nominated by Top Cars Leasing.

Should you decide to proceed with an order and wish us to process your application, please request a Finance Proposal Form, this is required to be completed and signed by yourself or in the case of a business a Company Representative and returned to Top Cars Leasing in order for us to process your application.

On Receipt of your completed finance application, your proposal will be submitted to one of our funders who will credit score your application.

On Acceptance of your application, you will again be asked if you wish to proceed with your order. On this basis we will obtain a verbal confirmation that you wish to proceed and will also take a deposit from you in order to secure you a vehicle (Please refer to ‘Deposits’ in the enclosed conditions).

This will authorise Top Cars Leasing to secure a vehicle on your behalf.

At this point we will also issue you an Order Confirmation which will arrive within 1 week of your acceptance. This Order confirmation will also have your receipt of payment for the deposit attached.

The Order Confirmation should be checked, signed and returned to Top Cars Leasing as soon as possible.

Please note that upon signing this document, you are agreeing to the contents outlined. It is very difficult to cancel a vehicle order after this time, and certain penalties will apply such as loss of deposit or the sum total of the initial advance rental.

Should your application be declined by our funder, then we will be happy to provide you with a contact address for you to write to at the Credit Reference Agency should you require clarification concerning the decision.

In the event of a Decline, any Deposits / payments made in correspondence with the declined application shall be refunded in full

Placing a deposit with Top Cars Leasing enables us to secure the specified vehicle on your behalf.

Any vehicle up to the value of £20,000 will require a £350.00 deposit. For vehicles with a value of £20,000 and above a larger deposit may be required.

Please note that deposits are taken on the basis that they are refundable after the finance company have received the relevant paperwork and delivery note signed by yourself confirming that delivery has taken place.  Deposits will be refunded after the finance company have confirmed that all paperwork is in place and the contract has been made ‘Live’.

The return of the deposit is the last stage of your order as it confirms that the vehicle has been delivered and the contract is live. This concludes your order.

In some cases (Not All) the deals illustrated on our website may be subject to our Top Cars Leasing documentation fee of £150.00 Plus VAT.

Deals where this documentation fee applies will be confirmed by one of our representatives and outlined on any quotation/s in relation to that deal.

On rare occasions our funders will also require a documentation fee to be paid – any such fees will be boldly outlined in the provided quotations.

Finance documents will be issued to you before delivery. These will require completion / signing and must be returned to Top Cars Leasing along with any additional information / supporting documents and a Cheque for the advance rental where required.

No vehicle will be delivered until all necessary paperwork is returned and received. Please note that in some cases documentation may contain ‘Distance selling regulations’, ‘Face to Face’ or ‘Cooling off period’ clauses.

In such cases no vehicle will be delivered until the cooling off period has expired.

Please note that should you need to cancel your order with us or if you have simply changed your mind, you may be required to forfeit your deposit.

In all cases of cancellation a written confirmation via post/fax/email must be received before the request can be actioned.

In cases where Finance Documentation has not been signed, we should be able to cancel the order successfully; however there may be a charge for doing so in order to cover any costs incurred to our supplying dealer.

In cases where Finance documentation has been Signed and any ‘Cool Off’ periods has expired, you will then be required to contact the Finance Company who have underwritten your deal in order to cancel.

Should a vehicle be delayed beyond 28 days of the expected delivery date, then a full deposit refund will be authorised if required. 

Top Cars Leasing prides itself with having excellent existing relationships with our supplying dealers within the UK.

Any lead times / Anticipated delivery dates are given as estimates based on manufacturer guidelines.

Please allow for circumstances beyond our control such as Factory Shutdown/ strikes and Manufacturer and Dealer Delays. Whilst we demand the highest level of service from our suppliers, events do sometimes mean the delay of vehicles.

Please Note: Delays are most likely to occur during peak periods i.e. March and September Plate Changes.

Top Cars Leasing cannot be held responsible for manufacturer’s delays.
